Short recap for the first two hours (rush transcript from courttv):

* Mesereau has refered the boy back to an interview he gave to the sheriff's office in the summer of 2003 where he said that he -- the second time that he saw his brother being molest bid Michael Jackson he says he was asleep on a little couch in the bedroom and Jackson didn't realize he was awake. Well, we know that he's testified that on that second occasion, he saw -- he says he saw Jackson as he was standing on the stairwell. This would seem to be a very important contradiction.

* After telling of 3 'escapes' from Neverland, Mez asked the boy how many times they exactly 'escaped'

* Well, it is kind of a big mess actually for this witness because what happened was yesterday he testified that he did not know how to get into Michael Jackson's secret wine cellar because it is a always locked and he didn't know how to get in there... The witness said yesterday didn't know how to get into the wine cellar. Today, the defense attorney read an extended portion of this boy's grand jury testimony in which he says that he knew where the key was, he knew how to get it, he denied that he had broken into the wine cellar, but he said yeah, there is a key, on the hook in the maid's room. As he read this portion of the grand jury testimony, it was devastating for this witness because he stuck to his guns with the answers saying, well, yeah, it would have been easy for us to get in it, but we didn't know where the key was. Then Mesereau trotted out that grand jury transcript, read it word-for-word as this boy tells the grand jurors exactly where that key was. That was a bad moment for this particular witness.

* Finally, apparently there is not only an alarm, but also some sort of camera that allow MJ to see who approaches his bedroom door.

In somewhat unrelated news:
* a few reports today that MJ didn't pay his Neverland personnel this week because he ran out of cash

* some tabloid will publicize 'shocking' pictures of MJ and Emanuel Lewis from the early 80ies

Lol, apparently the family sent Michael a father's day card in June 2003. Isnt it a little strange that after the boy was molested repeatedly, after the family made a miraculous escape from the jaws of neverland - that pedophile paradise, AND after the family made their first report of sexual abuse....they decided to send michael a gushing father's day card?

Edit: so far, there doesn't seem to be much confirmation of this father's day card story, so take it for what it's worth.

The magazine was released in August 2003, months after the family's las visit to Neverland

I have read a lot about the witness testimony, I have always felt MJ was guilty. After watching the coverage, I feel the weakness of the case, the poscectors should know better than to put an unprepared witness on the stand.

Believe it or not, but I was once arrasted by accident in England (for allegedly breaking someone´s window), they put me in jail without letting me anything explain and left me there for a day. God I almost got a nervous breakdown and that was NOTHING compared to what he´s going through now. Actually I really admire the way he´s handling it.
